Mercedes Vito VIP Conversion for Sunset Pergola | Completed Executive Interior Project

Silver VIP Design presents a completed Mercedes Vito VIP conversion for Sunset Pergola, combining Mercedes S500 Business seating, a robotic seat system, Indel B TB18 refrigerator, MUSWAY amplifier, Hertz speakers and original Mercedes-Benz interior components.

A Completed Mercedes Vito VIP Conversion for Sunset Pergola

Silver VIP Design presents another completed real-world Mercedes Vito VIP conversion, developed for Sunset Pergola.

The project was designed as a complete executive passenger environment rather than a collection of individual aftermarket additions.

Seating, electrical infrastructure, refrigeration, automotive audio, ventilation components and interior details were considered together during the conversion process.

For a wider overview of our approach to Mercedes vehicles, see our Mercedes Luxury Van Conversion UK page.

Apple TV, Samsung Display and iPad Control System

In the Mercedes Vito VIP conversion completed for Sunset Pergola, the multimedia and control systems were integrated directly into the passenger cabin design.

The Samsung display and Apple TV create a large multimedia area for rear passengers, while the Apple iPad-based control system was positioned to provide convenient access to various cabin functions.

The display, audio system, control panel and surrounding bespoke components were not treated as separate additions, but as integrated elements of the complete VIP interior.

The real project photographs clearly show the Apple TV interface, iPad control screen, VIP seating and audio system integrated within the completed passenger cabin.

Mercedes S500 Business Seats

A central feature of this completed Mercedes Vito conversion is the integration of Mercedes S500 Business seats into the rear passenger compartment.

In a bespoke VIP conversion, seating involves more than upholstery and appearance. Seat positioning, passenger legroom, movement through the cabin and integration with surrounding consoles and panels all influence the finished interior.

The S500 Business seats were therefore considered as part of the complete cabin layout.

Robotic Seat System

The project also incorporates a robotic seating system.

The mechanical and electrical elements required for seat movement were planned together with the surrounding interior components and electrical infrastructure.

This approach allows the seating system to become an integrated part of the conversion rather than an isolated feature added after the interior has been completed.

MUSWAY Amplifier and Hertz Automotive Speakers

The audio installation combines a MUSWAY amplifier with Hertz automotive speakers .

Speaker positioning, installation areas and surrounding trim were considered together with the overall interior design.

The objective was to integrate the audio equipment into the passenger environment while maintaining the visual character of the bespoke Mercedes Vito interior.

Further examples of our Vito-focused work can be found in our Mercedes Vito VIP Conversion for Official and Private Use article.

Indel B TB18 Refrigerator

Passenger convenience was also considered through the installation of an Indel B TB18 refrigerator .

Its position within the vehicle was planned around accessibility, available cabin space and the electrical requirements of the installation.

Integrating refrigeration during the design stage helps it become part of the interior architecture rather than a separate accessory.

Original Mercedes-Benz S500 Handles and Air Vents

Original Mercedes-Benz components were incorporated into selected areas of the cabin.

These include original Mercedes-Benz S500 handles together with Mercedes-Benz air vents .

Using original Mercedes elements alongside bespoke interior components helps maintain a coherent relationship between the base vehicle and the newly created VIP passenger environment.

Automotive Electrical Infrastructure

A modern luxury van conversion can contain several electrically powered systems operating within a relatively compact passenger compartment.

In this project, Ülkü automotive wiring was used within the electrical installation.

The electrical infrastructure was considered together with the robotic seating system, refrigerator, amplifier, audio equipment and other electrical components before the interior was completed.

Planning these systems at an early stage can support a cleaner installation and more practical future service access.

Real Components in a Real Completed Vehicle

One of the most important aspects of this Mercedes Vito VIP conversion is that the equipment described in this article represents components actually used in the completed project.

The specification includes Mercedes S500 Business seats, a robotic seat system, MUSWAY amplification, Hertz automotive speakers, an Indel B TB18 refrigerator, original Mercedes-Benz S500 handles, Mercedes-Benz air vents and automotive wiring.

Our approach to integrating original vehicle characteristics with a bespoke passenger cabin can also be seen in our Mercedes V-Class VIP Conversion UK project content.

A Real Silver VIP Design Reference Project

This Mercedes Vito VIP conversion was completed by Silver VIP Design for Sunset Pergola.

Rather than presenting a CGI concept or proposed specification, this project represents an actual completed vehicle combining bespoke interior work with recognised automotive components.

The project demonstrates our approach to Mercedes Vito VIP conversion: considering seating, electrical infrastructure, passenger comfort, technology and interior craftsmanship as parts of one complete vehicle.

The photographs accompanying this article show the actual completed Sunset Pergola vehicle and its finished passenger interior.
